Internationale Zusammenarbeit und das Engagement für Diversität geraten aktuell zunehmend unter Druck. Doch wie können wir sichtbar machen, dass Vielfalt, globale Solidarität und internationale Vernetzung uns allen zugute kommen?
Passend zum deutschen Diversity-Tag wollen wir und in dem Cafe International Plus austauschen, unsere Erfahrungen teilen und gegenseitig stärken.

Eingeladen sind alle, die beruflich, ehrenamtlich oder persönlich mit internationaler Zusammenarbeit oder Diversität zu tun haben oder Interessen haben in diesem Feld (gemeinsam) aktiv zu werden..
Gemeinsam schauen wir darauf, wie wir uns aktuell positionieren und auch künftig engagiert unseren Beitrag leisten können und diskutieren:
- Wie werben wir verständlich und alltagsnah für diese Themen? Und wo können wir uns zusammentun?
- Welche Erfahrungen und Beispiele machen Mut? Und mit welchen Projekten und Ansätze haben wir gute Erfahrungen?
- Welche Aktivitäten gibt es im Spinnen-Netz und was macht der Diversity-Pool?
Wir freuen uns auf einen offenen, wertschätzenden Austausch mit euch. Und – wie auch sonst beim Freiberufler:innen-Cafe - Kooperationsmöglichkeiten ausloten.
Wir knüpfen dabei an das Cafe International an, das Monika Hoegen erstmals im März für das Spinnen-Netz initiierte und moderierte und wo schon viele gemeinsame Ansätze, thematischen Verbindungen entstanden sind. Diese Fäden wollen wir weiter spinnen.

International cooperation and the commitment to diversity are currently coming under increasing pressure. But how can we highlight the fact that diversity, global solidarity, and international networking benefit us all?
At the Digital Café International Plus, we want to exchange ideas, share our experiences, and support one another. And explore opportunities for collaboration.
Together, we will examine our current position and how we can continue to make a committed contribution in the future, and we will discuss:
- How can we promote these issues in a way that is clear and relatable to everyday life?
- What experiences and examples are inspiring? And which projects and approaches have worked well for us?
- What activities are taking place within the Spinnen-Netz network, and what does the Diversity Pool do? And where can we collaborate?
Everyone who is involved in international cooperation or diversity—whether professionally, as a volunteer, or personally—is invited.
