The Spinnen-Netz job market offers a range of interesting and socially relevant positions – particularly with NGOs, foundations, educational institutions and in the public sector. In addition, selected postings give you access to exclusive contacts within the hiring organisation. These positions are marked as “Network Jobs.”
What exactly is a Network Job, and how can you benefit from it? Here is what you should know.
What is a Network Job?
Positions marked with the “N” icon in our portal give you access to valuable insider information. This is possible because Spinnen-Netz maintains close connections with organisations active in our fields. Our network includes staff members and leaders from NGOs, foundations and other institutions.
How does it work?
There are two methods of communication:
One is direct contact via the job post. Sometimes you will find a comment section directly under the job listing with contact details of members who can share insights about the organisation.
Another available option is the search within the member directory. In the internal members’ area of our website, you can search for members who currently work – or have worked – at a specific organisation. Simply enter the employer’s name in the search field.
The contact form located beneath the member's profile picture allows you to get in touch with them directly. Important note: Within our network, we address each other informally. If you are unsure how to approach someone, feel free to contact us at info@spinnen-netz.de – we are happy to help.
